Wear it With Pride
Just recently, 85 areas of Federal law were reformed by the Rudd Government, after many years of campaigning from the community all across Australia. These massive reforms have eliminated significant areas of legal discrimination against same-sex attracted people and their families in areas such as parenting, workplace law, social security, finance and many more.
Wear It With Pride is a national campaign to celebrate and raise awareness of the new rights that same-sex attracted and gender diverse citizens now enjoy under the new reforms. Community artists from all over Australia have designed shirts to celebrate a key area of reform, which can be ordered online at the Wear It With Pride website.
The campaign site also includes a useful Reform Finder tool, which you can use to find out how these reforms have affected you.
